Analysis of makers in the region of the Gbp cluster in mouse Chromosome 5 uncovered three pseudogenes designated in MGI as Gpb-ps2 to Gbp-ps4. Gbp-ps2 and Gbp-ps3 reside in a region that includes Gbp4 with Gbp-ps3 proximal and Gbp-ps4 distal to Gbp4. Gbp-ps4 lies proximal of Abcg3.
