    The authors constructed a physical map of the Ednrbs-1Acrg deletion on mouse Chromosome 14. A contig of P1, BAC and YAC clones were isolated using D14Mit markers and end probes. The minimum Acrg deletion interval was estimated to be 1.4 Mb. The authors were then able to use the available mouse and human genome sequences and gene identification and sequence similarity tools to determine the presence of the Tbc1d4, 1110059J08Rik, Uchl3 and Lmo7 genes in the region. The order and orientation of the geneswere: 3'- Tbc1d4 - 5' - 3'- 1110059J08Rik - 5' - 5'- Uchl3' - 5'- Lmo7 - 3'.
