Mettl9 direct sequencing Igsf6 probe
Igsf6 direct sequencing Igsf6 probe
Notes
  • Experiment
The authors sequenced the 35 kb cosmid insert and subsequent analysis revealed the presence of the Igsf6 and 0610012D09Rik genes. The genes were present in opposite orientations with exon 5 of the 0610012D09Rik gene present upstream of exon 1 of the Igsf6 gene. Igsf6 was mapped to Chromosome 7 by FISH.
