    the authors used the T31 mouse/hamster Radiation Hybrid Panel to map Capn12 to Chromosome 7 with the highest lod score of 16.0 to D7Mit72. Capn12 also had a lod of 14.4 to D7Mit116 and D7Mit77 and 13.9 to D7Mit267. The best fit order is: proximal - D7Mit77 - D7Mit116 - D7Mit72 - Capn12 - D7Mit267 - distal.
