Notes
  • Experiment
The authors mapped the mouse Actl7a and Actl7b genes on the EUCIB backcross. Polymorphisms between the C57BL/6J and M. spretus parental strains were identified by SSCP analysis. a lod score of 15.89 was observed between Tyrp and Actl7a and Actl7b showing linkage of the actin genes to mouse Chromosome 4. Actl7a and Actl7b map between the markers D4Mit321 and D4Mit287.
