Casp8 overlapping clones Casp8 genomic 2
Cflar overlapping clones Casp8 genomic 2
Notes
  • Experiment
The authors isolated a 60kb P1 mouse genomic clone which contained exons 1-6 of the mouse Casp8 gene. In addition, it contained an exon of the mouse Cflar about 30kb upstream of the Casp8 gene. Since the Casp8 gene has been mapped to mouse Chromosome 1 on a JAX (BSS) panel, the Cflar gene also maps to mouse Chromosome 1.
