    The authors mapped the Tecta locus on mouse Chromosome 19 using the EUCIB backcross panel [(C57BL/6J x SPR or SEG/Pas)F1 x SPR or SEG/Pas or C57BL/6J]. The following order of loci were determined: D9Mit227 - 0.29 cM - D9Mit328 - D9Mit254 - 0.29 cM - D9Mit329 - D9Mit140 - 0.43 cM - Tecta - 0.74 cM - D9Nds10 - 0.56 cM - D9Mit255a - D9Mit23.
