C & D: Sectioned livers of 3 month old (C) and 1 year old (D) Cyp19a1tm1Esi/Cyp19a1tm1Esi males. The mutant mouse liver was often larger and paler in color than that of the wild type littermate with a greater accumulation of lipid droplets.
