Tgfb1^{tm1(Tgfb3)Kul}/Tgfb1^{tm1(Tgfb3)Kul} (LBeta3>/LBeta3) mice remain small and thin although the control littermate (+/LBeta3) mice show weight gain on a high fat dough diet. Typical male mice are shown at 33 weeks of age.
