Ultrastructure analysis of Chkb^rmd/Chkb^rmd sarcolemmal and subsarcolemmal vesicles. Transmission electron microscope images of wild type (+/+) and Chkb^rmd/Chkb^rmd (rmd/rms) medial gastrocnemius. Prominent subsarcolemmal vesicles (arrows) are seen in mutant (B) but not in wild type (A).
