B and C: Immunohistochemical staining of macrophages specific antigen (F4/80) in liver section of mutant mice at 1 month (B) and 5 months (C). The arrows indicate the positive staining of F4/80, which is much weaker in 5-month mutant mouse liver owing to lipid storage and probably expansion of cellular membrane.
