Inbred Strains of Mice: HDA32

HDA32

Inbr (Thb) F22 (Sept. 1995). Albino. Origin: Institut fuer Tierproduktion, Technical University, Berlin (now Institut fuer Grundlagen der Nutztierwissenschaften (now part of Humboldt-University)). From many sources including inbred strains and pet shop mice from Berlin, Bavaria and Denmark (Weiniger et al 1974, Mukherjee et al 1976). One of 15 strains developed from the same base population. Carries a new mutation provisionally designated sht causing short hair.
