Within the Rosa26 gene sequences the region from -228 to +81 were replaced by a Wnt response element (7xTcf/Lef binding site) fused to a TATA-Cerulean (CFP) reporter. The chimeric mice were crossed with Flpe mice to remove the neomycin resistance gene. (J:195112)
