description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Conditional ready, No functional change)
Mutation:    Insertion

Mutation detailsThe vector R26-CAG-LF-mTFP1 was inserted into the locus. This vector contains (5' to 3') a splice acceptor, puro cassette, polyadenylation sequence, CAG promoter, floxed STOP cassette, FRT-flanked STOP cassette, HA-tagged mTFP1 (monomeric cyan fluorescent protein derived from the Clavularia fluorescent protein cFP484), and woodchuck hepatitis virus (WPRE) polyadenylation sequence. Flp-mediated recombination removed one of the two STOP cassette. The loxP-flanked stop cassette remains intact. (J:182745)
