Four positive lines were analyzed for protein expression and one un-named line which was positive by Western blot analysis was backcrossed for at least 7 generations to C57BL/6J. Expression of the transgene was detected in brown adipose tissue, all white adipose tissue depots and in macrophages. (J:178134)
