behavior/neurological
• P11 pups exhibit a greater susceptibility to hyperthermia-induced seizures
• however, mice show comparable susceptibility to chemoconvulsant-induced seizures

homeostasis/metabolism
• P11 mice exhibit a more rapid core temperature increase upon heat exposure
• P11 mice exhibit lower core temperature at ambient temperature of 22 or 30 degrees Celsius, but core temperature is comparable to wild-type controls when the ambient temperature is held at 37 degrees C
• the slopes of core temperature change with ambient temperature manipulation differs from controls

nervous system
• however, mice show comparable susceptibility to chemoconvulsant-induced seizures
• P11 pups exhibit a greater susceptibility to hyperthermia-induced seizures
