• CD4+ T cells from tamoxifen-treated mice show increased proliferation when stimulated with anti-CD3 plus anti-CD28 antibodies and with anti-CD3 antibody in the presence of iAPCs
• tamoxifen-treated non-immunized mice show increased numbers of CXCR5+ PD1+ T follicular helper cells (Tfh) cells and BCL6+ CXCR5+ Tfh cells indicating induction of Tfh cell polarization
• tamoxifen-treated non-immunized mice show increased numbers of FOXP3+ CD25+ T regulatory (Treg) cells and FOXP3+ CXCR5+ T follicular helper regulatory cells (Tfr)
• however, differentiation of IFNG+ T helper 1 cells is not affected upon tamoxifen-treatment and generation of CD4+ and CD8+ cells in the thymus is unaffected
