• in embryonic stem cells transfected with a cre-ERT2 plasmid and treated with tamoxifen, repressive histone H3K9 methylation is lost unlike in untreated cells
• in embryonic stem cells transfected with a cre-ERT2 plasmid and treated with tamoxifen unlike untreated cells
