neoplasm
• in 82% of mice compared to 5% of wild-type mice
• 8 of 15 mice exhibit prostate intraepithelial neoplasia that does not develop into invasive prostate cancer
• 45% of mice develop lymphomas that are found in the spleen, liver, lung, kidney, intestine, abdomen, and skin

reproductive system
• at 6 months, 11 of 13 mice exhibit prostate abnormalities including a more opaque-whitish appearance compared to in wild-type mice
• the ventral, lateral and anterior, but not dorsal, prostate display hyperplasia and hypertrophy with some severe dysplasia
• epithelium cells exhibit a 4.5- to 5.7-fold increase in proliferation compared to in wild-type mice
• epithelial cell size increases 33% compared to in wild-type mice
• at 6 months, ventral and dorsal prostate lobes exhibit a 20% to 30% increase in weight
