• following sensitizing dose of DNP-IgE at 50 ng per ear, mice exhibit an impaired passive cutaneous anaphylaxis response compared to wild-type mice
• however, mice exhibit a normal passive cutaneous anaphylaxis response at higher sensitizing doses of DNP-specific IgE
• when cells are engrafted into KitW-sh mice and sensitized with 5 ng DNP-specific IgE, mice exhibit an impaired passive cutaneous anaphylaxis response with 50% fewer leukocytes at the site compared to when wild-type cells are engrafted
