reproductive system
• male mice exhibit bilateral papillary hyperplasia that protrudes into the lumen of the epididymis

neoplasm
• at 8 weeks, mice exhibit multiple hyperplastic and dysplastic nodules of the mammary epithelium infiltrating the entire mammary fat pad
• at 95 days, female mice exhibit multiple mammary tumors female mice develop tumors by 89 days and male mice by 114 days
• female mice exhibit diffuse, polyclonal tumor masses
• tumor morphogenesis corresponds to transgene expression

endocrine/exocrine glands
• male mice exhibit bilateral hypertrophic serous glands with large quantities of intracytoplasmic secretions and the intermingling of hyperplastic mucous gland epithelium
• the parotid gland of male mice weighs five times more than in wild-type mice
• at 8 weeks, mice exhibit multiple hyperplastic and dysplastic nodules of the mammary epithelium infiltrating the entire mammary fat pad
• at 95 days, female mice exhibit multiple mammary tumors female mice develop tumors by 89 days and male mice by 114 days
• female mice exhibit diffuse, polyclonal tumor masses
• tumor morphogenesis corresponds to transgene expression

behavior/neurological
• females fail to nurse

digestive/alimentary system
