• purified T cells from null mice display reduced proliferation in culture compared to wild-type cells in response to anti-CD3, but proliferation of T cells is not reduced to same extent as proliferation of B cells in mutants
• in null mice, multivalent crosslinking of B cell surface antigen receptors does not significantly decrease the number of peritoneal B cells, as is seen in control mice
• in null mice, multivalent crosslinking of B cell surface antigen receptors does not significantly decrease the number of peritoneal B cells, as is seen in control mice
