• 24 hours following the sample phase, mice do not discriminate the novel object whereas wild-type mice do
• in a forced-swimming test, mice spend more time immobile compared to wild-type mice
• mice are more anxious in a light-dark exploration test in that mice spend less time in the white area and crossed fewer lines compared to wild-type mice

nervous system
• GABA levels in the frontal cortex and dorsal hippocampus are reduced
