• Mutation details: The following elements were inserted into an intron: an adenovirus splice acceptor site, a conditional STOP cassette (loxP site flanked cassette consisting of PGK promoter, neomycin resistance gene, PGK and 3x SV40 poly(A) signal sequences), followed by pHluorin (pH-sensitive EGFP) reporter cDNA and bovine GH poly(A) signal sequences. The STOP cassette was removed through subsequent Cre-mediated recombination, enabling expression of the reporter gene. (J:82809)
