description
Allele Type:    Endonuclease-mediated (No functional change, Reporter)
Mutation:    Insertion

Mutation detailsThis allele was generated at The Centre for Phenogenomics. A single repair template containing P2A, muGFP, and an SV40 polyA signal was delivered by incubating embryos with recombinant adeno-assoicated virus followed by electroporating Cas9 ribonucleoprotein complexes with a guide RNA with the spacer sequence GCATCTTCGTGCACGAGCAG. This resulted in insertion of P2A-muGFP in-frame with KIT after Chr5:75815202 (GRCm39). Two silent changes at p.L973 and p.L974 (Chr5:75815184G>C and Chr5:75815187C (J:322048)
