description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Conditional ready, No functional change)
Mutation:    Insertion

Mutation detailsThis allele was generated using the PG00049_W_3_C06 KOMP vector. The L1L2_Bact_P cassette was inserted into intron 1. The cassette is composed of an FRT site followed by lacZ sequence and a loxP site. This first loxP site is followed by a neomycin resistance gene under the control of the human beta-actin promoter, SV40 polyA, a second FRT site and a second loxP site. A third loxP site is inserted downstream of exon 2 (Zc4h2-201, GRCm39). Subsequent Flp-mediated recombination removed the lacZ and neo cassettes and left exon 2 floxed. (J:342743)
