Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Conditional ready, Inserted expressed sequence, Reporter)
Mutation:    Insertion

Mutation detailsThe following elements were inserted into an intron: the CAG promoter, a conditional STOP cassette (loxP site flanked cassette consisting of PGK promoter, neomycin resistance gene, PGK and 3x SV40 p(A) signal sequences), followed by Tnfrsf11a cDNA, an FRT site, IRES sequence, the EGFP reporter gene, a second FRT site, and bovine GH poly(A) signal sequence. This allele only expresses Tnfrsf11a and EGFP after Cre-mediated removal of the stop cassette. (J:82809)
