Mutation detailsUsing Crispr/cas9 system, a FLAG-tagged spaghetti monster fluorescent protein (smFP-FLAG) was fused to the 3' end of mouse Piezo2 exon 54 and followed by an FRT-flanked neomycin cassette. smFP-FLAG encodes 10 FLAG peptides and an intact green fluorescent protein (GFP) chromophore. After achieving successful germline transmission, the frt-NeoR-frt cassette was excised. (J:101977, J:348146)
