Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Endonuclease-mediated (Epitope tag, Inserted expressed sequence)
Mutation:    Insertion

Lypd1em1(HBEGF)Zyliu expresses 1 gene

Mutation detailsUsing CRISPR/Cas9 technology, a 3xV5 tag, a P2A self-cleaving peptide, and the human diphtheria toxin receptor (DTR) sequence immediately upstream of the endogenous stop codon of the Ly6/Plaur domain containing 1 (Lypd1) gene. Of note, besides being correctly targeted into the Lypd1 locus as designed, the targeting vector was randomly inserted in one unknown location in the mouse genome. (J:101977, J:351382)
