Mutation details: The targeting vector was designed to insert loxP sites flanking exons 3-6, encoding part of the part of the PHD finger domain, of the inhibitor of growth family, member 4 (Ing4) gene, and a frt-flanked neomycin resistance (neo) cassette was also inserted downstream of the 5' loxP site. FLPe-mediated recombination removed the neo cassette.
