• Mutation details: Mouse IgG1 heavy chain constant region, exon 2 to exon 5, was replaced by human IgG4 (IGHG4) counterpart, exon 2 to exon 5, and a loxP-flanked neomycin selection cassette. The neomycin selection cassette was removed via cre-mediated recombination. Mouse IgG1 exon 1 was untouched and exons 6-7 were also untouched to preserve the mouse original intracellular signaling. Mouse IgG1 intron 5 was also left to preserve usual spicing. (J:341701)
