Mutation detailsThis duplication allele was created through cre-mediated interchromosomal recombination between loxP sites on two alleles: allele Igs46em1Smun containing a single loxP site at chr11:110801622-110801623 (GRCm39), the other a derivative of allele IIgs44tm1(sb-SBlac)Smun where the SBlac transposon cassette was remobilized using the Tg(Prm1-sb16)AFsp allele and re-inserted at (hopped to) chr11:111403236-111403237. It duplicates around half of the Kcnj topologically associated domain (TAD) and the Kcnj16 and Kcnj2 genes it contains. (J:235642)
