Mutation details: This allele was created in cells containing the Gt(ROSA)26Sortm11(flpo)Amc RMCE allele. The exchange vector used contains the following elements to replace the sequence between the F3 and FRT sites in the RMCE allele: an F3 site, a neomycin resistance gene cassette minus promoter and ATG translation start site, three poly(A) signal sequences, chicken beta-globin locus insulator sequence, a modified Nkx2-2 enhancer Rr209 (1.2 kb EcoR1-SacII fragment with mutation of Gli2-binding site from GACCACCCA to GAtgACagA), the hsp68 promoter, the lacZ beta-galactosidase reporter gene, poly(A) signal sequence and an FRT site.
