Mutation details: The targeting construct consisting of a CAG promoter, a loxP-flanked neo stop cassette, a rox-flanked stop cassette, and EGFPL10a (EGFP-tagged ribosomal protein) expression for translating ribosome affinity purification (TRAP) followed by pA signal all inserted into the Gt(ROSA)26Sor locus was used to generate the mouse line by homologous recombination in ES cells. CAG promoter drives expression of EGFPL10a only after Cre and Dre mediated excision of the floxed and roxed stopper elements.
