Mutation details: The transgene construct includes a full-length mouse alpha-MHC (Myh6) promoter driving an in-frame fusion gene containing the nuclear localization signal from the human histone H2BC11 gene, blue fluorescent protein (BFP), and a tag of six histidines (6xHis) followed by a poly-A sequence. Line CH4028 had a robust BFP signal in all adult cardiomyocytes.
