Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Conditional ready)
Mutation:    Insertion

Mutation detailsThe allele flanking exon 2 of Bcl10 with loxP sites was generated with the targeting construct containing a 0.7 kb short arm (SA) of Bcl10 intron 1, a frt-flanked neomycin resistance cassette followed by a 1.3 kb loxP flanked conditional arm comprising exon 2 and a 5 kb long arm, including exon 3 of the Bcl10 locus. Chimeric mice were mated for germline transmission of the targeted Bcl10 allele and crossed with ACT-FLPe mice to delete the neomycin resistance cassette. (J:278509)
