Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Not Specified)
Mutation:    Nucleotide substitutions

Mutation detailsThe conserved aspartic acid at position 3922 was mutated to an alanine (p.D3922A) and a floxed neo cassette was inserted ~600 bp upstream via homologous recombination. Cre mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. In a second targeting event the conserved serine at position 2053 was mutated to an aspartic acid (p.S2053D) and an FRT flanked neo cassette was inserted in the upstream intron via homologous recombination. Flp mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. (J:220823)
