The CRISPR/Cas9 system generated a 16-base pair deletion TGTGAAGGGCCACTAC at c.367_401del (NM_010694.2). The mutation is predicted to cause a frame-shifted protein product beginning after amino acid 112 of the protein and termination after the inclusion of seven aberrant amino acids.
