description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Reporter)
Mutation:    Insertion

Mutation detailsA construct, which were flanked by attP sites, contained (5' to 3') upstream loxP site, first frt site, adenovirus splice acceptor (SA), tau-lacZ (tZ) reporter gene equipped at its C terminus with a flag tag, second frt site and a reverse-oriented EM7-neo positive selection cassette, including a bovine growth hormone polyadenylation signal. Downstream of the second attP site there was a reverse-oriented Pgk1 promoter, a third frt site all inserted into upstream of exon 2 into intron 1. A downstream loxP site was inserted into exon 2 downstream of 3' UTR. (J:264526)
