Insertion

Mutation details: The following elements were inserted into intron 1: a splice acceptor, the CAG promoter, a loxP site, a neomycin resistance gene cassette, a second loxP site, an ATTB1 site, cDNA sequence for exons 2-5 of the Rspo1 gene, intronic sequence, cDNA sequence for exon 6 (including 3' UTR) a second ATTB1 site, and a poly(A) signal. This creates a conditional-ready allele that will only express the inserted gene after cre-mediated removal of the neo cassette.
