• Mutation details: The serine at position 296 in exon 8 was converted to an alanine and an FRT flanked neo cassette was inserted in intron 8 via homologous recombination. Flp mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. The mutation appears to suppress the interaction between dehydroxylcannabidiol and the receptor. (J:261337)
