• Mutation details: The transgene construct contained the mouse mammary tumor virus long terminal repeat (LTR) and Ras 5' untranslated sequence driving expression of a cDNA encoding mouse casein kinase 2, alpha 1 polypeptide. RT-PCR analysis using transgene specific primers demonstrated expression in virgin, pregnant, and involuting mammary glands; weak expression was observed in thymus, small intestine, and salivary glands, as well.
