Mutation details: The L1L2_Pgk_P targeting vector from KOMP cell line PRPGS00100_B_H08 was used to create this allele. This vector inserted the following at position 81036838 of Chromosome 13 upstream of exon 3 (Build GRCm39). An FRT site followed by lacZ sequence and a loxP site, a neomycin resistance gene under the control of the PGK promoter, SV40 polyA, a second FRT site and a second loxP site. A third loxP site was inserted downstream of exon 3. The lacZ and neo cassettes were removed through flp-mediated recombination, leaving a conditional-ready allele with exon 3 floxed.
