Flp mediated recombination removed the neo cassette leaving the GFP cassette unchanged. This was followed by cre mediated inversion of the GFP cassette. The FRT sites are arranged to allow for Flp mediated deletion of the GFP cassette, restoring gene function. (J:228038)
