Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Null/knockout)
Mutations:    Insertion, Intergenic deletion

Mutation detailsThe cluster of microRNA genes was replaced via homologous recombination by a LoxP-F3-PGK-EM7-Purotk-bpA-LoxP-FRT targeting vector with 5.5kb (5') and 3.3kb (3') arms of homology. Briefly, this is a puromycin/thymidine kinase fusion gene under the control of EM7/PGK promoters and flanked by LoxP and F3/FRT sites. The deletion starts at position 30169773 and ends at position 30165900 of Chromosome 6 (Genome Build 38). (J:94077, J:174268)
