Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Conditional ready)
Mutation:    Insertion

Mutation detailsThis allele was derived from Fcamrtm1Sjv by flp recombinase-mediated deletion of a FRT site-flanked neomycin selection cassette from intron 3, leaving a loxP site and a FRT site in intron 3 and a second loxP site in intron 4. Quantitative reverse transcription-PCR (qRT-PCR) analysis of total kidney RNA demonstrated approximately equal transcript levels in tissue from mice homozygous for the floxed allele vs. wild-type mice.
