• Mutation details: A construct containing an unmutated version of VDJH2 from the 8D10 hybridoma (VGAM3.8 family VGK7 germline gene rearranged to D and JH2) with a TGT to TGC mutation at codon 92 to remove a cryptic heptamer site was inserted in the JH4 intron. To create the "unmutated" VDHJ2 a 123 bp region containing the mutated Vh region was replaced with the corresponding piece from a VGK7 germline gene. A floxed neo selection cassette was removed by cre mediated recombination. (J:218675)
