Mutation details: Recombination using Gt(ROSA)26Sortm2Bgh replaced the hygromycin resistance cassette is replaced with tetracycline response element driving inducible expression of a tdTomato reporter gene, 2A peptide sequence and a human BRAF cDNA with the point mutation that results in the amino acid substitution of lysine for valine at position 600 (V600K) followed by a polyadenylation sequence.
