Mutation details: The entire human gene, including the 5' and 3' flanking regions was used to create transgenic mice. Expression patterns were comparable to the endogenous mouse gene, with the highest levels seen in lymphoid tissues, liver, and lung. Three transgenic lines were generated (TgE1322, TgE1334, and TgE1335) carrying various transgene copy numbers.
