Mutation details: This transgene consists of the tetracycline-responsive element and the mutant rat Mtor kinase, which harbors four point mutations in the FKBP12-rapamycin binding and kinase domains (V2198A, L2216H, L2260P, and I2017T) with a FLAG tag at the N terminus. Expression of active Mtor depends on binding of tTA to the tetO promoter. The pound symbol (#) is used when line is not specified and/or lines are pooled.
